    Stress and Behavioral Eating

How to Be Mentally Stronger, Happier, and Resilient is a series of webinars on mental health held by Antonine University (UA), where professional speakers, psychologists, life coaches, and doctors, will be discussing and spreading awareness on several issues.

Our theme for the month of November 2020 will be Stress: Helpful or Harmful?

    Audience: UA Students
    Location: Virtual via Microsoft Teams
    Duration: 40 min

Stress and Behavioral Eating is the subject that will be tackled during the fourth week of November and it will be given by Dr. Michel Nawfal, Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Medical Doctor, and Vice-President of the Middle East Psychological Association.

To ensure that our students have more chances to attend the sessions, the same presentation will be repeated twice a week:

Session 1: Monday, November 23 at 11:30 AM
Session 2: Thursday, November 26 at 3:00 PM

Pick the date and time that suit you best and register now by sending an email to counseling@ua.edu.lb or calling the +961 5 927 000 ext. 1231.
