UA Plus Program

Unlock Your Plus Powers!

The Vice Rectorate for Integral Human Development at Antonine University (UA) is introducing the UA Plus Program. This initiative aims to foster the holistic development of UA students by offering a range of workshops and activities that address various dimensions of personal growth, contributing to students’ overall success in both personal and professional spheres. The “Plus” signifies the added value and comprehensive support available to students beyond the classroom.

Recent studies show that extracurricular activities are highly beneficial for university students. These sessions not only enhance participants’ technical and analytical skills but also cultivate essential competencies often not covered in standard curricula. Key skills developed include problem-solving, teamwork, advanced communication, networking, critical thinking, and effective time management (Kapur, 2020). Moreover, employers particularly value well-rounded candidates, and student involvement in these activities demonstrates enthusiasm and provides practical experience, making them more competitive in the job market (Nathan, 2023).
