Registration Process and Clearance Phase | Fall 2026 Semester
To secure your seat for the Fall 2026 Semester, admitted students from Session 4 (tests of July 9 and 10, 2026) must complete the registration and clearance requirements according to the deadlines below.
Registration Fee | July 30–August 10, 2026
Pay the registration fee between July 30 and August 10, 2026, at any branch of Bank of Beirut or Byblos Bank using your UA ID number.
- $270 registration fee for the Fall 2026 Semester
Clearance Phase | August 10–28, 2026
Between August 10 and August 28, 2026, settle the first payment, miscellaneous fees, and any outstanding fees, including the registration fee if it has not already been paid and remains applicable. Completing the clearance process is required to proceed with course enrollment, which begins on August 17.
The following fees apply:
- $490 first payment, deducted from the total tuition fees
- $25 individual accident insurance fee per semester
- $15 student ID card fee (one-time payment)
- LBP8,400,000 or $95 annual NSSF fee, payable in either currency at UA cashiers, if applicable
Steps to Complete Your Registration
- Upload all missing documents to your Online Application account.
- Pay all applicable fees listed above.
- Submit the required documents to the University NSSF.
- Fill out the E-clearance Form and submit any remaining required documents.
- Visit the Office of Information Technology to obtain your UA ID card.
Course Enrollment and Start of Classes
- Enroll in your courses through ua.edu.lb starting August 17.
- Classes commence on September 7, 2026.

Notes
- Students admitted to the Faculty of Theology are required to pay a $70 registration fee instead of $270.
- Students admitted to the Dental Laboratory Technology program are also required to pay the applicable toolbox fee.
