    Self Care: The Key to Find My Balance

    How to Be Mentally Stronger, Happier, and Resilient is a series of webinars on mental health held by Antonine University (UA), where professional speakers, psychologists, life coaches, and doctors, will be discussing and spreading awareness on several issues.

    Our theme for the month of November 2020 will be Stress: Helpful or Harmful?

    Location: Virtual via Microsoft Teams
    Duration: 40 min

    Self Care: The Key to Find My Balance is the subject that will be tackled during the third week of November and it will be given by Carol Yared, Clinical Psychologist and Counselor.

    To ensure that our students have more chances to attend the sessions, the same presentation will be repeated twice a week:

    Session 2: Thursday, November 19 at 3:00 PM
