    How to Develop my Resilient Thinking

    How to Be Mentally Stronger, Happier, and Resilient: a series of webinars on mental health held by Antonine University (UA), where professional speakers, psychologists, life coaches, and doctors, will be discussing and spreading awareness on several issues. Because the world is undergoing unprecedented changes at an overwhelming speed, our first monthly theme will be on How to Adapt to a Changing Environment?
