The Office of Athletics at UA is launching the third edition of the Sports and Well-being series, in collaboration with the Faculty of Sport Sciences (FSS), with the first session entitled What Are the Health Benefits of Physical Activity?, given as a webinar via Microsoft Teams.
This session will tackle the impact of regular exercise and sports on physical and mental talents and the crucial role of physical activity in preventing several common health issues and diseases, improving mental health, well-being, and lifespan, and refining our intellect and maturity. It will also address new physical activity recommendations that increase people's quality of life.
