Within the framework of the How to Be Mentally Stronger, Happier, and Resilient series, the Counseling Service at Antonine University (UA) is organizing the fourth on-campus awareness session as a continuation of the previous one that showed how stress can wreak havoc on our emotional equilibrium, as well as our physical health. This presentation entitled Stress Management will pinpoint steps and tips to relieve the pressure and regain control so we can be happier, healthier, and more productive.
