The Center for Career Development (CCD) at Antonine University (UA) is offering a training session on Conflict Negotiation, aiming to guide UA students and alumni through the secret to a successful negotiation by teaching them how to objectively analyze conflict and dispute management, equipping them with skills to avoid conflict escalation, and helping them develop strategies that can be used in conflict prevention and resolution. The session will include various activities during which participants will get hands-on training with their peers to deeply discover themselves and unleash their potential.

• Evaluate conflict theories
• Learn about the negotiation process to deal with conflict
• Develop strategies and tactics to resolve conflict with minimum effects
