Spirituality is one of the eight dimensions that help people optimize their well-being and maintain their mental health. For this reason, the Vice Rectorate for Integral Human Development (VRIHD) at UA is launching the third edition of the How to Enhance Your Spiritual Health series, jointly with the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) and Pastoral Care. This series offers several spiritual gatherings to help participants reconnect with their spiritual selves and enrich their knowledge and understanding of the matter by providing answers to questions related to the meaning and purpose of life. They will be encouraged to maintain their spiritual health in order to find inner peace.
The first topic contemplated this academic year is entitled Building Up Your Personality: The Spiritual Way, given by Father Christian Hallak.
Audience: UA community
Date: Thursday, November 3, 2022
Time: 2:30–3:30 PM
Location: Hadat–Baabda Campus, Building G, Pastoral Care Room
Speaker: Fr. Christian Hallak
