    The Art of Positive Communication: Passive, Aggressive, or Assertive?

    As part of the fourth edition of the How to Be Mentally Stronger, Happier, and Resilient series, the Counseling Service at Antonine University (UA) is organizing an awareness session titled The Art of Positive Communication: Passive, Aggressive, or Assertive?

    This session will explore the characteristics of each of the 3 behaviors/responses: passive, aggressive, and assertive. It will delve into the differences between negative hurtful thoughts and positive pleasant thoughts, as well as the pillars of healthy or positive communication.
