    Optimizing Shoulder Function: Advances in Assessment, Rehabilitation, and Performance

    The Department of Physical Therapy at Antonine University (UA), in collaboration with the Lebanese Order of Physiotherapists (LOPT), invites you to a one-day seminar titled “Optimizing Shoulder Function: Advances in Assessment, Rehabilitation, and Performance,” held at UA’s Hadat–Baabda Campus.

     

    Bringing together specialists in rehabilitation, sports performance, and clinical practice, the seminar will explore the latest approaches to shoulder assessment, rehabilitation strategies, and performance optimization through evidence-based and interdisciplinary perspectives.

     

    The event will also mark the official launch of UA’s Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program, reaffirming the University’s commitment to advancing healthcare education and supporting the evolving needs of the physiotherapy profession in Lebanon and beyond.

     

    In collaboration with the Office of Alumni Relations, the day will conclude with a dedicated UA Alumni Gathering, offering graduates, professionals, faculty members, and students an opportunity to reconnect, exchange experiences, and strengthen ties within the ua physical therapy community.

    What to Expect

    Through expert-led lectures, clinical insights, and hands-on applications, participants will examine the shoulder as an integrated system, from pathology and diagnosis to rehabilitation, return-to-activity, and performance enhancement.

     

    The event also aims to foster professional exchange and interdisciplinary collaboration among practitioners, researchers, alumni, and students in the fields of rehabilitation and sports sciences.
