    As part of the How to Be Mentally Stronger, Happier, and Resilient series, the Counseling Service at Antonine University (UA) is hosting an awareness session on Managing Anxiety Amidst Adversities, Bouncing Back, and Rebuilding Oneself.

    This session aims to provide valuable insights and practical strategies to help individuals effectively manage anxiety in the face of challenges and cultivate resilience.
