    As part of the fourth edition of the How to Be Mentally Stronger, Happier, and Resilient series, the Counseling Service at Antonine University (UA) is organizing an awareness session titled Healing Our Personal Wounded Memories to Rebuild Ourselves.

     

    Key Questions

    • What is trauma? What is traumatization?
    • What are the impacts of trauma?
    • Can we rebuild ourselves after experiencing trauma? Can the Phoenix still rise?
