    Christmas Tree Lighting

An Evening of Merriment and Goodwill

Antonine University (UA) is delighted to invite you to be part of a joyous and festive event, the Christmas Tree Lighting, in the presence of UA Rector, Fr. Michel Saghbiny.

The event promises to be a delightful celebration filled with warmth, unity, and the spirit of giving, an excellent opportunity to contribute to a noble cause and make a positive impact on the lives of others. Donations will be collected to support the Foyer des Antonins – Mrouj (Orphanage and Social Center), a remarkable school embracing inclusivity in education and focusing on the often overlooked — orphaned and disadvantaged children.

Join us by the Fountain Square as we illuminate our magnificent Christmas tree, spreading joy and cheer throughout campus. Enjoy a delectable assortment of refreshments, including hot beverages, seasonal treats, and snacks. Our very own Music Club members will also be performing soulful melodies and enchanting tunes for your entertainment.

    Audience: UA community
    Date: Tuesday, December 5, 2023
    Time: 6:00 –7:30 PM
    Location: Hadat–Baabda Campus, Fountain Square

We invite you to capture the magic of the Christmas Tree Lighting by taking photos and sharing them on social media. Use the hashtag #LightUpUAntonine to join in the festive spirit and share your memorable moments with the community. By using this hashtag, we can create a virtual gallery of the event and spread the joy and beauty of the occasion far and wide.

Let us all come together, no RSVP necessary, to celebrate the joyous season and spread love, warmth, and compassion to those in need.
