In order to meet the vision of the Antonine University, the Department of Physical Therapy started its accreditation process with the World Confederation of Physical Therapy (WCPT) in July 2016.
In 2018, following a 2-year assessment, the Antonine University received a conditional accreditation from WCPT. One year later, and following the submission of the assessment report, the committee granted the Physical Therapy program its full and unconditional accreditation in April 2020 (until April 2023).
Such accomplishment places our University among only seventeen others worldwide that have this prestigious accreditation. This international recognition certifies that our Physical Therapy Program meets the most demanding educational standards.
