  • Cooking Session to UA Faculty and Staff

    28 October 2021

As well-being programs are a vital part of the Vice Rectorate for Integral Human Development’s (VRIHD) projects for the academic year 2021-2022, and in order to improve the community’s quality of life, the VRIHD in collaboration with the Human Resources Department (HRD) introduced an original and exclusive "Cooking Session" to UA Faculty and Staff, at the Monastery of our Lady of the Seeds’ kitchen.

The session was animated by Ms. Nicole Jbeily, a Food Connoisseur and Gastronomy Passionate for the past 14 years, delivering private and interactive cooking classes – for more information check her Instagram page: https://bit.ly/3G9CQkb.

Besides enjoying the cooking steps and tips, all attendees felt joyful about being able to reconnect and mingle again, which was an indicator that the UA wellness goals were fulfilled. Ultimately, this experience helped to leverage the mind-body connection to food while tasting something new!
