Founders’ Day has become an event not to be missed at Antonine University! This year again, UA organized a night like no other! On May 13, Fr. Michel Jalakh welcomed H.E. Mauricio Alice, ambassador of Argentina to Lebanon, and the festivities began!

All over the Hadat-Baabda campus, students, teachers, friends, and alumni were celebrating UA’s 23rd-anniversary. Some were proudly wearing the colors of Argentina, the theme of the year, while others were tasting Asado, empanadas, and drinking matte. Everyone was listening to the music, watching the tango dance, or laughing during the stand-up comedy show.

This event would not have been as successful without the annual Marketing Forum. Fifty groups from our three campuses presented products and services inspired by the Argentinian culture. Later, a jury chose five winners.
Drum roll, please! This year’s Marketing Forum winners are:
Asado Restaurant for the Best Execution Prize (500 USD);
Zango Tango Shoes for the Best Communication Campaign Prize (500 USD);
G-Bag for the Social Impact Idea Prize (500 USD);
Power-Recycling Box for the Most Innovative Idea Prize (500 USD);
Argentinian Restaurant for the Most Authentic Idea Prize (400 USD).
