The Center for Career Development (CCD), in collaboration with the Center of Continuing Education (CCE) at Antonine University, organized a training session entitled Conflict Transformation & Communication Skills, on Saturday 9 and 16 March 2019.
This workshop aims to create a space for self-discovery and trust-building to allow the students to understand their way of addressing conflict: fear of others, assumption, labeling and many more.
At the end of this workshop, participants explored the concepts of conflict and conflict transformation through a socio-cultural approach and practical cases.
