As you have taken firm steps to get closer to your goals, Antonine University (UA) puts your adaptation to this new environment at the forefront of its priorities, and understands that this transition may be a challenging, yet a fulfilling experience. For this purpose, UA is delighted to welcome its admitted students to the semestrial Integration Day, that will be held on Friday, February 18, 2022, at 10:30 AM, on all three of its campuses at Hadat-Baabda, Nabi Ayla-Zahle, and Mejdlaya-Zgharta with enhanced safety measures in place.

This comprehensive introduction to UA’s Faculties, Departments and Offices, will help you go through this phase much easier and address the questions that you have probably been asking yourselves for some time now: What would my greatest achievements be? How can I tap into my life purpose? What motivates me?

As you may have noticed, your integration should be successfully accomplished at the individual, social, and institutional levels, when you embrace this diverse community, the programs offered and the new friendships.

In order to achieve this, the schedule will be as follows:

    • The Rector’s welcome note (15 mins)
    • A guided tour to the main administrative units, UA centers, student services and facilities (90 mins)
    • Faculties visit (60 mins)

For the time being, we advise you to:

    • Get Familiar with Microsoft Teams, as it remains the official means of telecommuting and distance learning at UA. Watch the below tutorial to learn how to use the MS Teams for your educational and social needs.

    • Discover the UA Student Information System (SIS) and get acquainted with the enrollment process. The SIS allows you to register for courses, add, swap, and even drop them, if need be. Check the SIS Guide Fluid Design to get a solid grasp of its features.
    • Evaluate how well you know Moodle, UA’s eCourses platform for sharing courses, projects, and assignments by Faculty members. Through this platform, you will have the opportunity to access all teaching materials (texts, images, etc.), submit your homework, do group works, interact with other students, and much more. Follow the below tutorial to master this tool.

If you are feeling overwhelmed by these novelties, our Faculties, Departments and Offices will gladly be at your disposal. Not only will you meet the Deans and Directors who will give you an overview of the Faculties’ vision, mission and programs, but also you will have the opportunity to discover the wide range of services that are provided by our Offices, and which you can find below:
