From the time we were kids, we were told that exams are essential to our growth and success in life. We have been told that exams are the way to tell who is smart and who isn't. We have been told that if we do well in exams, we will go to great schools, get a great job, and live a happy, successful life. We have been told this so often that it has become ingrained into our psyche; exams have become a major source of stress in the lives of many students.
For this reason, the Vice Rectorate for Integral Human Development (VRIHD), through the Office of Student Affairs (OSA), is offering the UA community 3 different sessions in order to provide them with various spaces to express themselves. The sessions will tackle relaxation, counseling, and art therapy to help participants relieve stress and turn their stressful factors into successful ones.
