More about this session
Unfortunately, we are not always encouraged to get in touch with our emotions. Sometimes, the last thing we want is to express our feelings, hiding in our own selves for fear of getting hurt. It is when we feel that emotions are not safe that we decide to bury them and replace them with a good smile.
In reality, every feeling holds a message, and potentially guides to an action. That message could either push you to establish a positive feeling or help in dissolving negative ones.
Thus, devoting yourself to process your feelings is a better way to deal with life circumstances, rather than letting your emotions build up until they drain you.
Objectives of the Training
- Learn about human emotions.
- Understand how our body feels.
- Meet our own emotions.
- Discover how feelings brighten life, both internally and externally.
