More about this session
The way we think and act has a significant impact on our feelings. Hence, adapting our feelings to the obstacles we face undeniably passes by changing our own perception of things, and how do we implement it in our day-to-day life.
Accordingly, in a shifting world, developing a resilient way of thinking is necessary to deal with various challenges, disturbances, surprises, and uncertainty. When we learn how to develop our resilient thinking, we also learn how to hold our thoughts more lightly. Therefore, this will help reduce one’s experience of stress and anxiety, improve physical health, and increase focus.
Objectives of the Training
- Define the roles thoughts can play.
- Discover how to avoid unhelpful thinking.
- Build a resilient attitude.
- Tips to maintain rational beliefs.
