    More about this session
Stress is a normal and unavoidable biological reaction to a potentially dangerous situation. Although we are not always able to control the circumstances and obstacles we face, but we are sure capable of controlling our daily habits, choices, and mindset. Thus, when the world seems upside-down, adopting a resilient attitude can do the work to protect us.
Therefore, emotional awareness is an important pillar of resilience, as it is crucial for you to understand what you are feeling and why. Sometimes people feel overwhelmed with their emotions, and this frightens and paralyzes them.
