  • Sixth Edition of the Entrepreneurship Competition

    The Faculty of Business Administration at Antonine University organized its annual entrepreneurship competition on February 7, 2018, at the Hadat-Baabda campus, in the presence of Professor Georges Nehmé, Dean of the Faculty, Mr. Maher Mezher, Founder of the Innovators League, Mr. Marcel El-Hajj, CEO of Talaya and XOL Automation, Ms. Asma Zeina, Executive Director of Lebanese League of Women on Business, as well as academics and students from the three UA campuses.
    The 6th edition of this competition, organized in collaboration with Kafalat and the Lebanese League of Women in Business, allowed students to present 15 projects focused on social entrepreneurship and the role of creativity and innovation in industry and community service.
    The winners of the competition are:

    • “Best Roll Up Design” category: Al-Khairat and Bride Groom teams - Hadat-Baabda campus ($200 each)
    • “Most Innovative Concept” category: The Wi-Eco-Fi team - Hadat-Baabda campus ($500)
    • “Most Creative Idea” category: Life Drone and The Food Loop teams - Zahlé campus ($500 each)
    •  “Most Environmental Conscious” category: The Ecopath team - Hadat-Baabda campus ($500)
    •  “Most Social Impact” category: The Growing up Nursery team - Mejdlaya-Zgharta campus ($500)
