Apply for Financial Aid

If you are facing financial difficulties and would like to apply for financial aid, kindly complete and submit a financial aid application. To begin the process, please sign in using your UA student email and fill out the form. In the last section of the application, you will need to gather, scan, and upload the following required supporting documents:

  • one passport photo;
  • an extract of personal civil status;
  • an extract of the family civil registry;
  • a recent medical report in case you or any family member has a chronic illness;
  • a recent work certificate for each active member of the family*, stating the position, salary, benefits, deductions, bonuses, and the number of paid months per year. If a school or university financial aid is being granted, it should be mentioned in the certificate as well;
  • a bank statement of debts and statement of account;
    the registration card (front and back) of the car you are using;
  • a deed of ownership or the rental contract.


*If your parents are unemployed, we request an official certificate from the mayor stating the family’s current socioeconomic status.

Whether you are applying for the first time or renewing your file, it is important to submit the financial aid application. After receiving your complete file, the Office of Social Affairs (OSAf) will review your application and contact you to schedule a meeting.

For each academic year, applications must be submitted between June and August.
