Mission

The Office of Strategic Initiatives and Quality Assurance (ISAQ) is responsible for overseeing the development and ensuring the implementation of the Antonine University (UA) strategic plan.

The Office has a primary focus on all aspects related to quality assurance and continuous improvement in the areas of governance, teaching, research, student life, and related services and resources. It aims to create a culture of quality within UA and provides logistical, administrative, and methodological support to various UA departments in their efforts towards continuous improvement.

Additionally, the Office is responsible for planning and executing strategic initiatives. It manages communication related to these initiatives and assesses their impact internally within the concerned departments and externally on relevant stakeholders.
