Based on the mission of the Antonine University (UA) and on respecting the values that the university adheres to, the Faculty of Theological Sciences and Pastoral Studies (FTSPS) devotes the same to:

• The University development of seminarians and laymen, theological, written, and pastoral axis, so that the graduates of the seminars turn into priests who are able to care, preach, and educate, whereas the secularists graduates become able to take over tasks in teaching religious and theological formation and revitalization of pastoral life, under the supervision of parish priests
• Produce and publish researches in the theological sciences and pastoral studies
• Generalize religious and theological knowledge in society through lectures and the use of modern communication and media.
